I told you that I am taking along a pledge of not translating in Hindi, with many other learnings after the training.
So sharing my experience. Today in my classes, I made sure of not uttering a single Hindi word.Earlier I thought I am making it easy for them but You told me its not even helping them as they are just being dependent on my translation. Though I was skeptical, I elaborated everything in easy English words. I could feel everybody moving smoothly with the flow. It was a great experience. Yes, I did have to repeat myself for them to catch the meanings or expressions. But it was totally worth.
